first thing to do was strip and discard all unwanted pieces.




once explorer was stripped then i put the tires on for clearance measurements.

i cut the golf cart body in half and placed it on the explorer frame for mock-up.

i then extended the golf cart frame.


tack welded the extended golf cart to the explorer frame.

put cross braces where the rear floor was to be and welded 1/8dimondnd plate down.
put a sealed tool box down for the electronics and seat mounting.
welded up a roof frame made out of sch.40 black pipe with 1/8" aluminum sheet riveted to it.
mounted tractor seats, steering, brakes, shifter and painted body.







she did good the first trip out.
